FEES STRUCTURE
PILOTAGE SERVICES FEES & CHARGES
Bismark Pilot Services (BPS) as part of its responsibility as the Pilotage Service Provider in the open market as stipulated by ICCC, provides competitive Pilotage services to all ports in PNG. The Pilotage Services rates are applicable for the Port of Aitape, Alotau, Basimuk, Bialla, Buka, Daru, Kevieng, Kimbe, Kieta, Lae, Lihir, Lorengau, Madang, Motukea, Oro Bay, Port Moresby, Rabaul,
Samarai, Simberi, , Vanimo and Wewak.
PILOTAGE FEES & CHARGES
Pilotage Movements are categorised into Overseas and Coastal Movements. Both overseas and Costal Vessels are allowed a maximum of 2 movements per, BPS will impose a 50% penalty on the scheduled fees for each subsequent movement thereafter.

ADDITIONAL PILOTAGE CHARGES
Our Pilots are currently based in Port Moresby, Lae, Rabaul, and Kimbe/Bialla. We can service the other ports at K1500 maximum a day additional which will cover for airfares, local transport, accommodation and travelling allowance.
TOURIST CRUISE VESSEL
BPS as part of our community obligation to promote Tourism in PNG provides 60% discount on all pilotage for all cruise ships. Additional Pilotage Charges above are excluded from the Discount.
